1. Purpose
QuantFNO aims to present market information and analysis clearly and responsibly. This policy explains how we respond when a displayed value, explanation or policy page needs correction or clarification.
2. How to report an issue
Email care@niftytrader.in with the page URL, instrument, expiry or dataset, displayed timestamp and a short description of the issue. A screenshot or comparison value can help us investigate faster. Never include broker credentials, passwords, OTPs or sensitive financial information.
3. Review process
We compare the report with the relevant source response, timestamps and calculation inputs. Some differences may be caused by delayed data, rounding or later upstream corrections. We may ask for additional context before confirming an issue.
4. Corrections and notices
Confirmed errors are corrected in the affected experience when practical. If an error materially changes the interpretation of a published page, we may add a short notice or update the page’s “Last updated” date. We do not alter historical values when the source itself later revises its records unless noted.
5. Product and policy updates
Features, data sources, calculations and policies may change as the service develops or requirements change. The latest version is published on the relevant page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after an update means you are viewing the current version.
